Due to the changes of our way of life and as a part of our response to continue tackling with the pandemic COVID-19, we would like to advise you of our temporary operating hours to our office and appointments.

Our temporary operating hours are as follows:

We will be OPEN every MONDAY, WEDNESDAY & FRIDAY from 9-5pm.

We will use this time to assist you with:

Quotes and Responding to your emails and other enquiries.

Measure and Quote appointments.

Installation and Service appointments.

Showroom Visits.


We will use these times to extensively clean and sanitise our equipment, office space, showroom and other areas ready for the following day to maintain a high level of sanitation, in turn to provide you the confidence in using our products and services.

We are also temporary not accepting SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS.

We, at 3A Blinds, thank you for your patience and understanding caused by the temporary operating hours and hope that you and your family are staying safe during this crisis.

 Our response to COVID-19

It is now, more than ever, important to look out for one another with these unprecedented times ahead of us and our utmost focus here at 3A Blinds is the health and wellbeing of our customers and their families, our staff and their families and the wider Australian Community.

As our doors remain open for business, we are consistently monitoring the situation and have taken mandatory precautions necessary to reduce the spread of COVID-19.

Additional actions and procedures we have implemented to date:

  • Increased focus on cleaning and sanitising surfaces, displays, objects, machines and any touchpoint areas in the Showroom, Office and Productions Areas.
  • Sanitisers and disposable gloves are available for use should you decide to visit our showroom.
  • Designated Areas have been indicated in our office and showroom to follow the social distancing guideline.
  • Only two (2) people are allowed in the showroom and ask as much as possible to limit one person per family.
  • Onsite staff are provided with face masks and hand sanitisers and are instructed to use before and after appointments.
  • Staff are regularly provided with up to date information from the health authorities on how to observe any signs of illness and have been asked to avoid coming to work if they show any signs and seek medical attention.
  • All our suppliers have also implemented in their daily routines and procedures recommendations from the WHO, the Federal and State government in protecting their workplaces and staff. They are also closely monitoring the situation and constantly updating us with any changes.
  • We advise customers who has just returned from overseas to complete 14 days self-quarantine before attending 3A Blinds premises.

We continually monitor the advice of our local health authorities, State and Federal government and are always up to date with advice and steps to flatten the curve.
