5 Year Warranty

Our products are covered by a 5 Year Warranty, covering defects in material and workmanship.  The warranty applies to the original residential purchaser and proof of purchase must be presented. Within five years of purchase we will replace the defective part at our cost:

• Within the 1st year: Including labour charges.
• Within 2-5 years: you can choose to pay the service charge and we will come to you or deliver the blinds to us and we will repair the defect free of the service charge.
